Do TIVA or TCI with your mobile device and volumetric pumps, like a TCI pump

-SUBSCRIBE TO SUPPORT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS APP-iTIVA is a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic simulation program that provides information about the distribution of drugs based on mathematical models and calculates a dose required to achieve the desired target, plasma, or effect-site concentration, like a TCI pump (target controlled infusion), calculating schemes that can be implemented in volumetric infusion pumps based on pharmacokinetic principles to guide your TIVA or balanced Anesthesia. So you can now easily do manual TCIPharmacokinetic modelsiTIVA has 25 drugs and more than 55 pharmacokinetic models, that are updated continuously:-Remifentanil - ULTIVA-Fentanyl
 -Hydromorphone-Morphine-Sufentanil
 -Alfentanil
 -Ketamine -Procaine-Lidocaine
-Propofol
 - DIPRIVAN-Dexmedetomidine - PRECEDEX-Midazolam
-Penthotal-Atracurium-Cisatracurium-Vecuronium-Rocuronium-Tranexamic-Magnesium Sulfate-Diazepam-Heparin - ACT estimation-ProtamineIt also calculates the end-tidal (Et) for Isoflurane, Sevoflurane, Desflurane to get the MAC age based on the Mapleson formula or Lerou nomogram.- Record intra-operative milestones (like unconsciousness, BIS value, etc..)- Share your case with other colleagues using QR codes- Export all recorded information as an excel file Please support future development by subscribing to this AppWARNING:iTIVA is not designed to handle intravenous drugs for individual patients. Its use is limited to educational purposes to demonstrate pharmacokinetic principles when performing intravenous anesthesia. Therefore the user assumes all risks from the use of this application for clinical purposes. Infusion schemes are obtained from concentrations based on models published in the medical literature; therefore concentrations achieved from these schemes can vary widely, in the same manner for clinical effects. This application should only be used by people with extensive knowledge in Anesthesiology.- New mode to enter concentrations "Target"-Added pre-alert sounds notifications 5 or 10 secs before real-time. Go to settings - File manager system, now cases can be saved in files, to review them later o share with colleagues - Select custom alert tones for iTIVA notifications: You can pick over 40 different tones. (Go to Setting-> Tones)- Added a new ketamine model: Klamp- Eleveld-h model renamed to Eleveld 1.0

Great app! But the interface and the font is almost the same bright color. How can i change it? Didn't find any settings to fix the issue. Tia!

Fantastic app. Programmer is a responsive an anaesthesiologist constantly improving the app.

The app is great.. Have been using it regularly as it helps the residents to understand the kinetics of TIVA much better. Would give it 5 stars if the audio alert in real time mode became significantly louder.. It's quite hard to hear it in the OR environment which is already quite noisy

Mathew George

Amazing. I use it in my daily practice. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for adding new , easy available medicines (thiopental, fentanyl..),but current upgraded screen as for me worse compare to previous.Old version screen was very original and had help for a concentration range according to procedure, advantages of each model. Kindly return to old style with adding new drugs...Its like one step forward and two backward. Could you check voice assistance. It's no longer in the ptogram. Dear Ramirez, i paid my subscribtion but program still have restriction
